How Custom Orders Work

Send your idea: Contact us with a description, reference images, dimensions, and the quantity you need.
Review the details: We’ll discuss leather, finish, personalization, backing or hardware, and any artwork requirements.
Receive a quote: We’ll confirm pricing and an estimated production timeline before you commit.
Approve the design: Custom artwork and order details are confirmed before production begins.

The Best!

Jonathon is great to work with. It’s very evident to see the passion that he puts into his work. I reached out with a custom patch idea and he brought it to life. Asking about every detail and making sure I was happy with the results. I ended up placing a large order for my unit and everyone is extremely pleased with the patches. I also ordered a checklist cover that I am very happy with. At the end of the day, Jonathon delivered big time. I’ll be a lifetime customer.

Wow! What a quality and classy dog collar!

Our family reached out to Jonathan and asked for custom dog collars since the cheap items from the store don’t last. Our expectations were exceeded during the entire process- Jonathan made sure we were aware of the options he had available - color of leather finish and font of names on collars, kept us informed during the process- his family was PCS-ing as we ordered and yet he fit us in between unloading his household goods and setting up shop again. Thanks for taking on our custom order despite the crazy season you were in. The fur babies have been sporting them for 7 months now and I am back to your shop today ordering leashes to go with these classy collars- really appreciate the quality product.
