Our family reached out to Jonathan and asked for custom dog collars since the cheap items from the store don’t last. Our expectations were exceeded during the entire process- Jonathan made sure we were aware of the options he had available - color of leather finish and font of names on collars, kept us informed during the process- his family was PCS-ing as we ordered and yet he fit us in between unloading his household goods and setting up shop again.
